Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Our company uses Paylocity to process onboarding and bi-weekly payroll. The user experience and functionality is what I like most about Paylocity. The account managers are knowledgeable and provide great customer service. Using Paylocity has allowed our business to be more cohesive amongst our locations and allow us to hire/recruit faster.

Paylocity's automation has allowed our company to run more efficiently. We are able to recruit and onboard faster. Paylocity offers great reports that are customizable, which aid in our decision making process.
Paylocity's employee engagement tools have helped our business communicate faster to our employees. We are able to get messages out to the entire company and engage with employees. We have conducted surveys and pinned important information.

Paylocity has allowed our company to grow faster with Recruiting/Applicant Tracking and Onboarding. Processing payroll is simplified because of the ease of navigating through the platform. Account Managers are friendly and knowledgeable with great customer service and follow up. Having Paylocity saves us time and office space because we no longer have to keep employee files on hand.
