Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as our HRIS. We use the HR & Payroll modules as well as the Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, and Onboarding modules.

- Bad employee experience with the system - hard to navigate and hard to get support
- Lack of notification of updates or changes in the system
Paylocity automation is barely existent as we use it. We have low confidence that the system will do what it is supposed to do. Payroll continues to require manual adjustments because we cannot trust the system to process payroll correctly especially when it comes to proration or ad hoc adjustments.
Community and Impressions are useless and we have actually implemented a solution outside of Paylocity to give recognition. Community portal is not intuitive and not user friendly.
Paylocity is easily the worst one. It's clunky and the modules do not talk to each other well. It requires a lot of manual work, the user interface is horrible, and the system is glitchy.
