We currently use Paylocity for payroll purposes only for 2 of our US companies.

Pros and Cons

Customer Service.
User Friendly software.

Better implementation road map.
Better handoff from implementation to production.

Reduced manual entry and review.

Paylocity Automated Processes

Paylocity has streamlined our payroll process and has cut down time with manual entry. Any issues or concerns, we can get a live person on the phone to assist us.

Paylocity Employee Engagement

We have not been able to utilize this. After implementation, we were never shown the benefits of this.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetForum by Community Brands

The implementation of Paylocity payroll started out smooth but was bumpy at the end when we went live. Our implementation manager was very friendly and knowledgeable, but in the end, before going live had personal issues. The transition from implementation to going live could have been handled more smoother. We purchased the other modules outside of payroll, but since the implementation, has not been able to use the other modules.
