Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity is used for payroll, time recording benefits implementation, and COBRA administration. It is used by our employees to see payroll data and PTO hours. The problems that Paylocity addresses would be the interface between how HR can communicate to employees anything related to compensation and benefits. We find the ability to send out messages and documents within the system quite easily.

- Cost of PTO time being overcharged has been reduced.
- Document storage and retrieval have become much more efficient. Personnel files are now within the portal.
- ROI has been improved versus an in house function.
- There is a way less need to process additional payrolls which is costly.
We utilize payroll, time tracking, PTO management, COBRA, and benefits administration, so there is much less time with duplication of files and work.
We have used surveys that we feel are important to gauge employees' work satisfaction and use of tools such as applications and choice of benefits. Impressions are used to recognize employees that have gone beyond the minimum to improve work assignments.
Paylocity is better at mobile applications and is better integrated within the various modules.
