Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity to process payroll. We have to track different positions and different pay rates for seasonal and year round staff. We track different departments, and job cost centers. Paylocity is easy to use and we can get reporting that gives us the detailed information that we need to allocate wages.

- Time it takes to make changes to general ledger was longer than I had anticipated
- Finding information for refund can be difficult to find
- Could make some employee onboarding features mandatory so things don't get missed
- Tracking departments and jobs reporting has been really helpful
- Ability to talk to a person when there is an issue is invaluable
- Reporting is easy
We have multiple departments and jobs to track for seasonal staff and year round staff. Paylocity has made it easy to do this. Our last payroll company told us they could do all of these things, but when it came down to it they were not able to provide us with the information that we needed. We had to do a lot of manual adjusting of reports. Paylocity is able to do everything we need and give accurate reporting.
We have not been using these tools. Employees all have online access to their profiles and pay stubs, which they like. This has taken pressure off of our department to print reports for employees on demand because they can access everything they need themselves. We are hoping to look into some of these additional resources for our upcoming season.
