Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I work as part of an accounting firm that has various customers on Paylocity. Our use of Paylocity includes pulling payroll reports in order to reconcile payroll for our customers. The main issue I've seen with Paylocity is there isn't a direct sync integration possible to a cloud accounting system (QBO/Xero). This is a selling point for prospective customers of Paylocity to provide this feature.

- Exporting reports to excel
- Ease of use of the webiste
- Direct sync integration to QBO/Xero
- GL export to excel for import to QBD
- Accountant dashboard to add firm users
- Exporting reports to excel in order to make notes
- ERC specific reports that save us time to calculate eligible wages
