Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for payroll reports needed. I also assist employees as needed with passwords and their time card.
  • Reports are easy to find.
  • Reports are easy to edit for my parameters.
  • I appreciate customer service walking me through an issue when I call.
  • Account rep is not able to assist our team, whether we call or email. We often explain to them how the system works.
  • Any time I have a question regarding a tax issue it takes weeks for them to address the issue. One issue caused monetary penalties, that were due to Paylocity's error.
  • We often receive an email saying the issue has been taken care of and asking me to rate it; however, the issue is not resolved at all.
  • Reduce paperwork by going paperless has saved time and money
Payroll processing is very smooth and easy to use.
We used Alliance (not in the list.) Paylocity is a much more user friendly HRIS.

Paylocity has an array of reports, that I find very helpful. I appreciate the PEAK knowledge base, as well.

Paylocity has some customer service reps that are not equipped to answer every day questions. We requested and received a new customer service rep, but the same level of service is received.

It would be much more helpful to have an actual email address of an employee instead of a blanket "service" email.
