Paylocity is all they promised to be
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We switched to Paylocity from ADP nearly 7 years ago. We originally switched because we needed assistance with ACA tracking. Now, because of Paylocity, we are completely paperless when it comes to onboarding new employees. We use the recruiting, onboarding, time and labor, talent, and payroll modules. Paylocity was vital to help us navigate the pandemic by rolling out new programs to aid in tracking.
Pros
- Rolls out updates to their systems without charging more money for enhanced systems.
- Onboarding process is GREAT!
- Chat makes it easy to get a simple question answered quickly.
Cons
- The Spending Account function is not as streamlined as some of the other areas.
- Emails to support aren't always the fastest response.
- I would love to see Paylocity have a system to text employees easily.
- Reduced errors
- More consistent processes
- Better data-driven decision making
Paylocity has given my department and me more time to focus on strategic objectives for the bank. It has also assisted us in being more transparent with our team by utilizing the community feature to communicate with our employees.
We use surveys and community regularly. Peer recognition has been helpful for employee morale.
When we used ADP, you were unable to customize reports for your needs. Paylocity has met all the promises that they offered during the sales calls.
