Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll, time and attendance, expense, recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews and compensation and communications. Paylocity has helped us become more paperless and the ability to work from anywhere if needed, this product gives employees access to everything they may need from day to day and ease of communicating with others. We are now able to share information with managers that we were not able to give them access to with our old system. It allowed us to combine three systems that were using.
  • Payroll
  • Time and Attendance, scheduling
  • The ease of QTR and Year End tax filings
  • The ability to integrate with our Retirement System and Employee Navigator system
  • Onboarding
  • A way to text employee from the system
  • More flexibility for creating reports
  • the ability to create your own colors for schedules (based on shift and or position)
  • reduced time it takes to review and approve time cards
  • more data for reporting
  • better workforce visibility
  • better communication
We have more time to review and process payroll. Given the HR Coordinator the ease of recruiting and onboarding employees
Community has given us the means to communicate quickly to our employees

Once you get done with implementation and have an Account Manager assigned everything works very well. We did not have a great experience with implementation the whole processed seemed a little unorganized, that could have been due to the Lead Implementation person that was assigned to us and the fact that he left before we were finished and it took months for me to get some issues we had during setup corrected. I think it would be more beneficial for new customers to have more than 30 minutes for calls with the Implementation Specialist
