Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Used for payroll processing, reporting, time off requests, and time cards.

Paylocity has enabled us to create 3 different pay runs for each type of employees we have here at the university. This has helped with reporting of wages per group (student, staff, adjunct). It has allowed us to improve our budgeting for the academic year.
The community has been used by various departments and the app serves as a great way to record work punches and request time off. There has been few complaints.
Paycor did not have the quality of representatives to assist us and it was difficult to utilize all of the functions they they offered.

Paylocity has been extremely easy for all employee of various ages to navigate through and successfully utilize. The app works very well and the Help section provides numerous articles to assist in any situation. The reps. are also very helpful and patient.
