When Paylocity works it's great. In my opinion, It's when there is a glitch that is frustrating. I like the onboarding, workflow and survey. I have had little to no issues with time and labor and payroll. I believe there should be more contact with the implementation team when bringing on a new module like Performance. The are there for set up but not there to guide you through the process as the experts.
Recruiting...currently paying for it but need a recruiting implementation expert to walk through and help to set it up to best serve us. If I am unable to connect soon, I will cancel. Performance...stumbling through our first use of the module. One of the main reasons I might not recommend Paylocity to colleagues.
