Great product, lacking service support
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use paylocity daily. We really like the product Paylocity has, the service is another story. In my experience, we've had declining service to the point we are unable to move business forward at our company. There is no urgency, when escalated calls are unanswered.

the recruiting tool has been helpful because we can assign multiple leaders and there is one core location for all hiring managers + recruiters to go to see point in time where we are in the process.

We use community as our main platform to communicate company announcements between departments, recognize employees, individual groups for employees with common interest
paylocity seems to be a one stop shop and does payroll great, everything else well. It checked enough boxes. Additionally, we were blown away by our implementation team. The support we got was superb and I think that is why I am so disappointed in where we are now with the service team we have.
