Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Our company currently uses Paylocity for HRIS, Payroll, Training, Education Tracking, Recruiting, and Timekeeping.
- HR and Payroll makes it easy to make and track changes for staff
- Learning makes it easy to provide mandatory training for staff
- Recruiting makes it easy to integrate our website job postings.
- The Learning Portal is not very user-friendly. It makes it difficult to update training without totally redoing the lesson.
- The system has a lot of glitches at times that confuse our staff
- Positive impact in providing reporting for auditors
- Positive impact on development tracking to reduce expired credentials
It is so easy to use the LMS system for our annual training and to see who has completed them and send out reminders to those who have not. It saves our compliance department so much time.
I don't think that we fully utilize the Community tab as well as we should, so I can't answer this question.
