Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
At PAMED, we currently use Paylocity as our HRIS and payroll processor. Beginning with onboarding, through the employee lifecycle, including performance reviews and then exiting the company. Being an HR department of one, I rely on Paylocity as the front face to employees for all of their Human Resource matters.

Again, only being one year into Paylocity, the automation of some of the processes are priceless. Staff have their own duties to deal with on a daily basis and need not worry about HR tasks being over looked. Notification that items are open and need completed are well received and not looked at like they are being monitored.
We have begun using the Community tool as our sole location for employee announcements of any kind. The staff like that they are notified when there is a new announcement and the fact that they can comment on different items. We are looking to start using the premium video as part of on onboarding process.
Our previous hris platform was with TeamSuite (a kronos product). Unfortunately, that product did not have the capability to customize that we could use it to its fullest potential. We are a small organization and tend to have idiosyncrasies that were not able to be accommodated with their product. As of today, all of the items we have rolled out to staff have been able to be customized to our needs.
