Paylocity review
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as our payroll provider, as well as our time management system. Every employee tracks their hours clocking in and out on Paylocity and then payroll is processed from that. We also use the performance management tab to help our management team all stay consistent. The last part we use is the Recruiting arena as well.

- Recruiting portion does not flow well with Indeed
- Performance dashboard has some huge areas for improvement. Like how admins do not actually have access to everything in there
- Implementation went horrible for us, still feeling the effects a year later
- PTO policy management between time and labor and HR and payroll never match up
- Notifications are never consistent either
Yes those tools have made us focus more on the recruiting end, but this is not a good effect either. Because we cannot get a clear answer on the budgets for Indeed through Paylocity we have to post on both Indeed and Paylocity.
We have done one company wide survey and did see about 40% return rate which was good for us
The front end user of Paylocity does seem more user friendly
