Overall, Paylocitys automated core systems have been efficient and helpful in streamlining processes and allowing access to information across varying disciplines and responsibilities. I would like to see Paylocity provide better leave management tools and resources.
Community has been a well received add and is utilized to share organization information, newsletters, celebrations, etc. We are not currently the other options.

Paylocity's interface is very user friendly and the HR portal provides ease of access to regularly utilized and accessed employee details and information. The reporting feature is simple to navigate but does have it's challenges when it comes to building custom reports. We've experienced some issues with being able to transfer new hires from the Onboarding/Recruiting portal into the core platform which requires us to hold records for approximately 2-3 days in onboarding before they can be merged in. My colleagues have experienced frustration with the ability to customize and make changes without utilizing customer service/account reps. My experience with customer service was satisfactory but not exemplary as it appears very siloed and assistance and service is hindered because of this.
