Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is used mostly to run our Payroll and run several reports. I know how to use Paylocity pretty well.

  • Open communication among payroll representatives
  • Clear details on reports
  • Data driven decision making
  • Pay reports
  • Returns on PPE
All things payroll related are run very smoothly. Reports, data created, errors corrected, checks remade. So much help from customer service
We don't use Paylocity for engagement.
Customer service has been beyond superb.

Paylocity customer service reps are always pleasant to speak with. 9/10 times I have needed help on how to use a new function or tool they have helped me navigate. The only time I majorly struggled was integration with Cal Savers when that program started. Nobody seemed to know how to fulfill the needs of our company.
