Onboarding Time & Labor Benefits Performance Management
- Payroll related calculations/accruals
- Tons of resources and tutorials to personalize pages to suit your company's needs
- Great customer service - every representative that I have spoken to has been knowledgeable and willing to assist me.
- I'd like to be able to contact my representative directly
- A test module would be beneficial for users. Right now only Paylocity employees have the ability to use a test environment.
- Reduced time expenditures
- More consistent processes
They have improved productivity and allowed HR and Payroll to tackle other projects within our respective departments.
We have not utilized this feature enough to speak on its impact, however employees do appreciate the Impressions, etc.
I have used ADP, Ceridian Dayforce and UGP. Paylocity is definitely user friendly and has the resources to be a strong competitor with these HRIS systems.
