Better applicant tracking and the ability to have benefits done in a 360 degree fashion.

Implementation was very fast. We could have used some more support during it and spread out a little more. We had barely any time for the HRIS side of things. After implementation you are unable to get one of your designated service people on the phone and it take 24-48 hours for someone to reply to an email. The platform is user friendly and it is well-liked by staff.
