Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use a majority of the modules at Paylocity - HR/Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Data Insights, Learning, Performance, Recruiting, Surveys and the Intranet (Community). We love it and so do our employees. It's very easy to navigate for both the administrators and users. The Data Insights has been very useful with metrics that we can report out to our board of directors and our lines of businesses. We use Paylocity for eight companies and it's been a great experience. It interacts very well with our Finance ERP - Sage Intacct and has reduced a lot of manual work.

- Benefit Open Enrollment is a breeze for the administrators and users.
- Onboarding has been an issue at times.
- Lack of consistent points of contact
- Some departments have a long wait time to resolve issues, i.e. tax department.
- By moving from our old HRIS system to Paylocity, we are saving around $70k a year.
- We have been able to eliminate 40% administrative costs by fully utilizing the benefits administration module.
- Using the data insights module, we have been able to focus on measurable metrics with our lines of business and our boards for better decision making.
By utilizing the automated tools, this has saved me administrative time to focus on other areas within the company. I can't say enough about the data insights module. I used to track the metrics manually and now it's at a click of a button.
The employees feel more connected to the company and each other through Community. The surveys have also helped in getting the employees engaged.
We like the ease of use of the modules and how it connects with our Finance ERP. Paylocity is less expensive than some of the other options out there and the ROI has been invaluable. The implementation was the easiest I have been through and I have been through at least six implementations. The customer service department and support was a deciding factor as well. You aren't on hold forever and issues are resolved quickly.
