Paylocity puts the velocity behind our company
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use Paylocity on a daily basis to keep track of timesheets, PTO, cost centers, benefits, vendor payments, and anything and everything related to HR. I run reports and cross-reference with relative information. We are a growing company and benefit from Paylocity's embedded tools for business management such as the Announcements feature in the Community tab. We will be implementing company-wide training via Paylocity next quarter and are relieved that we don't have to go outside of a program we already use to do so.
Over the year, I've witnessed great improvements in the ease of use of Paylocity.

Pros
- Chat option is fantastic
- In certain pages/tabs, I appreciate that Paylocity puts you back to what you were previously working on
Cons
- There are many redundancies in Paylocity tabs. You can get to one feature in multiple ways and that can be confusing sometimes.
- Overall design of Paylocity could use an update.
- Ease of access is questionable at times as the way things are formatted or listed can be misleading
- Regarding cost centers, because there are so many places to update/change them, it's typical that we miss a cost center that needs to be checked because it's in a different area than where we typically delegate cost center selections.

Ease of payroll Mondays and Tuesdays! At this point, any issues we have with payroll and scheduling is company error.
Ease of spreading info across the company. Not everyone checks their emails as much as our corporate office, so it's nice to have a nice visual to create to share company-wide news.
