Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

This is our main HRIS system, the company has been a customer since 2015, I have been using it for the last 2 years. We currently/have used this system for payroll, benefits, reporting, and it's time and labor management tools.

  • Would be ideal if Time and Labor integrated with HR pages so all employee data is accessible on one page.
  • Having to navigate to so many areas when adding a new employee for access/user functions is frustrating.

From an admin standpoint, basic HR functions/tracking are very well laid out and easy to use. Reporting is full but could use some work in ease of use when trying to create your own reporting requirements. Frustration with this tool comes from the T&L pages not speaking to the HR pages so you must switch back and forth, the same thing when setting up a new user, there are so many pages to move through to complete the process. Everything should be available from one main employee page. From employee perspective though the platform is very user friendly.

Paylocity Training

The HR side and reporting tools are easy to navigate, problems arise when you must navigate to multiple sections for T&L, or for user set up.

Paylocity Support

The chat feature is a wonderful time saver, overall support is very good, with most all issues being resolved in a somewhat timely manner. The knowledge database is also very robust.
