Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our full-service HRIS. This is includes recruiting and onboarding through online modules. We use it to track employee hours, time off and performance. We process payroll through Paylocity. It is also our main source of communication with all of our employees. We have used it for employee training and supervisor training.

Saves time and therefore saves money. Puts responsibility in hands of employees and supervisors. Allows for electronic employee files instead of paper files.
Community is a great option for us in a manufacturing environment where most employees do not have a workstation. They are able to use the mobile app and stay informed.
