Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use the Paylocity platforms everyday, from On-boarding/Recruiting to HR&Payroll, time & labor, reporting and benefits. The ease between platforms helps me to streamline processes and make communicating to employees simpler. The company is always finding new ways to help my company and is developing new tools and features that my work more enjoyable.

We have been able to set up standard schedules for better transparency across our organization and in one time and labor database. We used to calculate time card punches, and then load data into payroll. Now, we process payroll using a few steps from time & labor and port over to the payroll batch. Love the warnings we receive within the payroll process as a double check reminder. We can communicate to multiple employee with ease and can be accessed via the mobile app. We can schedule training and track it or send reminders notifications.
We can engage employees with Community and celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. We have a Friday Funnies post. We just started with the premium video and have been able posted our company culture on our website to get candidates excited to join our company. We have also built a post hire survey to engage new hires on how their journey went as part of the on-boarding process.
Paylocity is more innovative and LISTENS, and has been proactive in following up with issues we may have run into. They don't advise but will say this is how I have typically seen this set up.

Yes - Yes, it was!
When we launched Performance and Compensation, my account manager was very helpful updating on the back end an urgent need to make corrections to user access. So, that team members wouldn't see the 9-box rating for our merit increases. This is something done outside of the review process. Such a life saver during this process.
