Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is how I do payroll for Acura of Limerick on a bi-weekly process. It is easy to use and everyone is so friendly to deal with. Any issues that I may come up against, all I have to do is call and someone will assist me and walk me through the fixing process. Sometimes it is just something that I missed or forget to do but they always help me and are pleasant about it.

makes my payroll process easier and more efficient. My employees can request time off through the app which is less traffic in the office as well as a tracking of time off easier. Paylocity makes my bi weekly payroll a breeze and I actually look forward to doing payroll now.
My employees are able to use the time and labor portion of the application which make it more self sufficient It is easy enough to navigate through the application and my employees seem to get the most out of the application. I don't hear of any complaints which makes it a plus for me being the controller.

I have called paylocity for help and errors with the system that I have made, and they always help me. I speak to different people and know matter who is helping me, they are very pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I understand what it is that I had an issue with.

Paylocity Implementation

The implementation was a little strssful at first with figuring out all the ins and outs on how to going about implementing this with all my employees. Once I navigated through everything, then things seemed to move more smoothly. Other that it being a little time consuming, I know feel it was well worth it.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled

Paylocity Support

Everytime I have to call paylocity, my wait time is very minimal and when someone does answer they are curteous and lets me explain the issue that I am having and helps me through resolving the issue in which I called. The staff at Paylocity is remarkable. Having Paylocity is an asseet for me.

This decision is not a decision that me as the Controller would make. That is up to the owner and if he said no to premium then that is the answer.
When I had a wokers compensation audit and I called Paylocity and they walked me through a process from beginning to end on how I could generate a report with the information that was needed as well as showing me how to save it for any future times that I may need this report as well as editing it.

Using Paylocity

The usability of paylocity is user friendly and if not we have a cheat sheet that was given to us with several choices of navigation through the opaylocity site. If your issue is not on the cheat sheet then I will call and get a paylocity represenative to help me.
