Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

My company implemented Paylocity in 2016, and since that time, we have integrated almost every module available. Paylocity is a terrific tool for a small to mid-sized business (we have 150 ees) and both the payroll and HR functions are constantly being upgraded and improved. I personally use the recruiting and learning modules the most- and they are fantastic and easy to use. I would highly recommend. I have used Paycom, and this is light years ahead of their offerings and support!

Pros

  • Payroll module - terrific
  • Recruiting module - excellent
  • Learning module - very effective
  • Dashboard (Data Insights) - handy and easy to use
  • Performance Management - the only module I would like to see enhanced to include written warnings and corrective actions

Cons

  • Performance module - needs to have written warnings
  • Reduction in time for payroll processing
  • Reduction in time for new hire on-boarding
We went from a staff of 3 HR to 2, and putting out better quality products!
This is not an area that we fully utilize.
Everything about Paylocity is superior to Paycom. Everything.
