- Self Service Portal
- Time off Requests
- Adjusting time cards
- Easy access to past pay stubs
- Responding to time sensitive matters, via email
- Not allowing opportunity to put in for already approved time off.
- Setting the Self Service Portal as default would be preferable, especially for new users.
- Better Workforce visibility
I'm still learning the tools, but it does help tremendously with tracking hours and time off requests.
I've been working on watching some of the training videos. They have helped to give me a better understanding of policies and best practices that can be integrated into our toolkit.
