Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll, recruiting, time and labor, attendance, on-boarding, and our flexible spending accounts.

Pros

  • Fantastic customer service
  • Easy to use
  • Provides good training

Cons

  • Setting up the flex benefit features was combersome.
  • COBRA administration
  • Reduced time and errors
  • better data-driven decision making
We love the payroll and scheduling features and so do our employees.
We only use the Peer Recognition, but have used the others in the past. All work very well.
In my experience, ADP's customer service was awful. We were always on hold for an extended period of time. We are almost NEVER on hold with Paylocity. I think Paylocity's payroll system and reports are much easier to use as well.

In my opinion, Payroll is very easy and has so many nice features that have saved us a lot of time and money. The COBRA solution didn't make sense for the small number of people we have on the plan. Paylocity charges per employee and we often don't have anyone on COBRA.
