Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for payroll, onboarding, time and labor, benefits, and LMS. It has helped eliminate so much time doing data entry into multiple sources. It has helped us better track time off requests, time off balances, attendance issues, training is easier now that we can create and assign our trainings, benefit enrollment is a breeze now without pages and pages of paperwork.
- It makes onboarding so easy now, no more 2-3 hour orientations just doing paperwork

- I think there could be some improvement with surveys, particularly building your own, we need more options and more format options as well.

Huge impact. Before Paylocity and community my employees were never given information because managers would forget or not get to everyone. Now, with community, I can post important information or notices and everyone gets them in a click of a button.
In my opinion, they don't even come close to what Paylocity offers. Which is why we chose Paylocity.
