WE USE FOR PAYROLL, HRIS, AND BENEFITS. PAYLOCITY HELPED STREAMLINE TIME TO PROCESS PAYROLL, NEW HIRES/ONBOARDING, AND EASE OF BENEFIT ENROLLMENT.

JUST STARTED USING COMMUNITY AND SURVEYS.
LEFT PREVIOUS PROVIDERS DUE MOSTLY TO IT WAS NOT BEING ONE TRUE SYSTEM - VERY CUT UP; EACH MODULE OPERATED ON IT'S OWN, SO REPETITIVE DATA INPUT WAS NEEDED. ADP IS VERY EXPENSIVE.

ONBOARDING WENT FROM 30 MINUTES PER NEW HIRE TO 5 MINUTES. ONLINE BENEFIT ENROLLMENT ASSISTS IN QUICKER ENROLLMENT OF NEW HIRES, CHANGES, ETC. ACA HAS BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE - VERY LITTLE ADMIN NEEDED. WHERE PAYLCOITY CAN IMPROVE IS IN BETTER REPORTING. EXAMPLE - CANNOT CREATE A REPORT (EVEN CUSTOM) THAT CROSSES OVER FROM BENEFITS TO PAYROLL. REPORTING RELIES HEAVILY ON MERGING AND VLOOKUP, MANUAL MANIPULATION. ALSO - PERF MGMT AND COMP MODULES - NEED TO BE ABLE TO POOL MUTLIPLE DEPT/ENTITIES. ORG CHARTS - NEED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUAL COMPANY, DEPARTMENT, ETC. CANNOT DRILL DOWN - TOO HIGH LEVEL.
