Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We currently use Paylocity as our full HRIS system using Time and Labor, HR, Recruiting, and HR Edge. We have 6 different companies under our company set.
Pros
- The system is fairly easy to use.
- Implementation was fairly easy to accomplish.
- The system seems to have above average security measures in place.
Cons
- Customer service has not been the best.
- Tax response and/or completing tax issues takes too long.
- The report customization is not user friendly.
- Reduced time.
- Reduced errors.
- seamless direct deposits
- attendance tracking, payroll & recruiting all in one area.
It has been great for the HR department of one. More automation allows for more time to complete other projects.
We do not use employee engagement tools much. Our employees just have not been receptive to those features. However, that is due to the demographics of our employees. They do not use technology much.
I liked the integration with other entities, such as our 401k company, and the ease of implementation and onboarding.
