Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We have 25 locations that use Paylocity for payroll, human resources, benefits, onboarding, and recruiting. Each location is a separate company with between 10 and 100 employees. Paylocity helps us stay organized and track our employees. Several of our companies are in the same city. This creates a problem with employees quitting one company and starting up at another. We can now track that and have a combined job history for that employee to see if we want to retain that employee at a different company or not.

We are in the process of hiring an HR director, so for now, we aren't spending much time on higher value objectives because the accounting staff are trying to keep up with all the daily HR requirements.
We haven't used these tools.
