Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for all onboarding and payroll. The onboarding with Paylocity has saved a lot of time with new hires and the process is simple.

Pros

  • Reporting-Options on the reporting is endless
  • Customer Service-multiple ways to contact Paylocity-love the Chat option
  • Help Resources-Provides a Lot of useful information

Cons

  • FFCRA Available time that still shows in payroll entry instead of the available Sick/Vacation
  • Reduced Payroll cost
The onboarding process and payroll saves my department a lot of time.
We do not use any of these particular tools.
We moved to Paylocity before we were forced to move to Paychex Flex. Even the people at Paychex encouraged the move.

The flow of payroll is so simple. You can move from quick pay all the way into earnings and deductions (and more) for an individual and back to payroll with just a few clicks.
