Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for it's HR & Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Performance, Compensation, Flex Services, and COBRA Administration features. It is nice to have a system that has all of those features that connect without having to pay an arm and a leg for each one. We really like it because it allows our employees to use one platform for all administrative needs. It is simple to use and the products are always being updated based on user needs. One thing that stands out is the customer service. They answer within 2 minutes and actually solve your issues (for the most part). If a case goes to escalation, sometimes you can be waiting up to 2 weeks for a response, but most of the time the issues is solved over the phone.
