Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Recruiting, Payroll and HR, expense, recruiting, reporting, surveys, training.
  • Customer service has really stepped up their game.
  • Onboarding in great.
  • Payroll is easy.
  • Expense module is great.
  • Time import took me some getting used to.
  • Some reporting running can be challenging.
  • I have to explain time and attendance to many hourly employees.
  • Onboarding save me a lot of time.
  • Expense reimbursement is seamless.
  • Payroll processing is easy.
  • Reporting can be challenging me.
The onboarding and expense module has been very efficient.
Employees love to give coworkers a shout-out. The surveys are easy to launch and track. The training module is wonderful.
