Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for onboarding, HR management for benefits, and outsourced payroll/tax assistance. Paylocity helps us cover all bases when it comes to onboarding new employees, managing their payroll, pension, taxes, and benefits.

Pros

Cons

  • Right now I'm having issues with Partner Integration. This could be improved, such as adding a feature of when employees are eligible for Pension plans to alert us to make sure their contributions are being communicated to Paylocity from the Pension vendor.
  • Paylocity has helped us by giving the employees the opportunity to review their payroll, submit time off request, view/download paystubs, calculate their supplemental checks & so much more before they come to accounting for assistance.
Automation tools we have access to has helped our firm focus on other things such as billing, collections, and consultant account management.
We haven't used this much, but the community page does help with having a central location for employees to view our employee handbooks, and other important announcements.

Customer service chats, account managers are all very helpful. Paylocity is well suited in assisting us to make sure we're in compliance with government agencies where have employees.
