Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for our Payroll and Recruiting. There are many steps to the Payroll Process and many different modules you do not see in other payroll programs.

Pros

  • Process payroll in a timely basis
  • Ease of use when adding an extra payroll period

Cons

  • Reporting - it feels complicated to get a simple report
  • Too many modules - it feels complicated to do simple entries
  • In my opinion, customer service is very difficult to reach at times and react to the problem
  • I believe it is not user-friendly
  • Keeping track of applicants
The recruiting piece has cut back on time.
We have not used them.
