Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We utilize Paylocity to manage all of our human resources needs, including payroll, benefits, talent management, data and reporting, and performance management. It provides employees with a self-service option and reduces the manual work required by the HR team for all of these various functions.

Paylocity has helped our business have an all-in-one solution, which has also automated other processes that were previously done on paper by additional team members. We have been able to streamline our processes and eliminate unnecessary work. Managers are able to take a more active role in managing and documenting human resources information in regard to talent acquisition and employee development.
The community tool is great. One day, I used the "impressions" feature and awarded every single employee an impression. The comments and feedback were incredible, with some employees responding to the post that the impression post "made their day." Others went on to also award their colleague's impressions. It was an easy way to foster employee engagement with minimal effort from the user.

Our organization does not use the clock in and out features for time and attendance, but they offer very good solutions for this. I think the time and attendance module is more suited for that rather than manual time entry, which is what we do because of specific business needs.
