Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use the Paylocity platform for HR & Payroll, Learning, Onboarding, Recruiting, Community, Spending accounts, COBRA management, Time & Labor, EE/Employer Taxes, Performance reviews, and PTO management. We also use Paylocity to connect with our 401k provider and Employee Navigator. We use the Paylocity phone application for field employees to clock in/out.
Pros

Cons
- Security roles are becoming easier yet still difficult to navigate.
- Expand Onboarding into Orientation and be able to set milestones or triggers for the completion of tasks.
- Reduced time expenditures.
- Reduced errors.
- More consistent processes.
By using cost centers to track EE's, positions, projects, and Tasks, we are able to export a spreadsheet instead of individual timecards when submitting invoices for payment from customers.
We are able to reward and recognize employees who are not regularly in the main office. We send all company updates via the community, and surveys are helpful when collecting information.
Paylocity is consistently updating and adding new information, staying on trend. The others were not as advanced.
