Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our Payroll and HRIS System. The product should be the source of all human capital management.

Pros

  • Onboarding was smooth
  • Dashboard seems informative

Cons

  • Report - more user friendly
  • PTO accruals are never working
  • Configuration training is needed
  • Currently the product is not doing any impact.
  • Configuration was done wrong or the system does not work
  • It has not really have an impact on any HR Strategy
It has not made any impact.
UKG customer service was outstanding! ADP Resource, besides the system also provided non-system HR related information and trainings free for your company. It was a great partnership. I do not get that with Paylocity.
