Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

HR files, process payroll, reports for payroll and for 3rd party vendors.
  • Record Keeping

  • Having service that does not take forever to speak with.
  • some of the reports need to be easier to create
  • editing timecards
  • reduce the time for managers to approve timesheets
  • easy to terminate employees as the leave the company
We are able to keep better track of PTO for employees
We are able to send out mass information to employees to make sure we don't have to just rely on the managers

I love being able to get a rep on the phone quickly to be able to answer questions about any payroll issues that I have come across.
