Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I process Payroll for the company. Approve time cards and time off. Fix any missed punches.

Pros

  • user friendly setup
  • tabs are well marked

Cons

  • android users using the app to clock in and out
  • more details on the reports as far as description
  • better time management as far as seeing what departments are having the most overtime
Payroll is so much easier now. Cut the time in half
We dont really use this feature much
Paylocity had better tracking features for employee time and time off

The onboarding process is awful, It is very hard to process Payroll. lots of steps. Once you get past that process Paylocity is very user friendly.
