Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I have worked with Paylocity for years at two different companies. I have always been a fan of the platform and their customer service team. I found Paylocity to help streamline our payroll processes. However, this past year we had a huge problem with the PTO mapping and struggled to have it fixed. They eventually fixed it, but it was a struggle. Otherwise, I would have rated them a 10.

- Need someone who can advise on both Timekeeping and Payroll as they interset.
- Saves time with timekeeping and payroll processing
- PTO mapping error was a huge cost to us, this hurt our view of the platform.
Attendance tracking and the easy transfer of hours from timekeeping to payroll helped us to be more efficient.
I think ADP was very clunky and hard to use. In my experience, their service team is outsourced and is not efficient when you need help.
