Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity to process our company's payroll and to hire new employees. Employees can clock in and out on their phones through the Paylocity app, view their paystubs, and ask for time off. It is very user-friendly and easy for our employees to use the Paylocity app. Our employees like using the app on their phones and not having to go to a desktop computer for clocking in and out. In the past, the company's onboarding documents were all done manually and processed. The Paylocity onboarding process is quick and easy for employer and new employees. All new hire forms are processed and nothing is missed since it is all in Paylocity onboarding and not manual.

Payroll time has greatly reduced. It used to take almost an entire 8 hour day to do payroll. Now, it takes about 3 hours. It is great payroll batches can be started before payroll due date. As payroll items come up such as employee reimbursements, they can entered in the batch. We don't have to wait until the payroll due date to start entering the data. This ensures all data is entered and reduces time to do payroll.
We are a very small company, so we do company in-person events for Christmas, Valentine's Day, and monthly birthdays. We do not use the community functions as often. Most engagement is done in person.
The company we used previously is not in list. Paylocity is a huge improvement compared to our previous company.
