Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for our HR system of records (HRIS), benefits and payroll. We normally call Paylocity for complex situations (tax questions, payroll entry etc) and majority of the time we get help from them whenever we need it just by calling the on the phone and send email for visual examples that they can help create fix the problems.
Pros
- I really appreciate that the call wait times are short. It makes the experience much more pleasant and efficient.
- Whenever I reach out via email, their responses are always cheerful, warm and often even including a smiley face. It genuinely brightens my day.
- While I did have one interaction with a representative named [...] who came across as dismissive, I addressed the concern, and overall, most of the team has been incredibly helpful and professional.
Cons
- It would be helpful to receive advance email notifications about upcoming platform updates so we can prepare accordingly. A schedule that includes a one week notice followed by reminders at three days, two days, and on the day of the update would be ideal.
- There are areas of the platform that could benefit from enhanced automation and improved mapping. Integrating AI would definitely be a valuable advantage in making processes more efficient. Just sharing my thoughts!
- Customer service
Integrating AI automation into the platform would significantly reduce manual work and streamline processes, especially in areas like payroll mapping. It’s a clear opportunity to improve efficiency and save time.
I think integrating AI into these tools and across the platform would further enhance their effectiveness by reducing manual tasks and streamlining workflows. This would allow us to focus more on strategic initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and engagement.
