We use Paylocity for payroll, salary management and tracking, tax compliance, training, and HR functions like employee management, employee self service (direct deposit, W-4) and more.

We primarily use Paylocity for payroll. Despite the fact that we're a small organization, we still need to customize payroll every cycle due to variances so full automation isn't really possible. What Paylocity does offer does make the process very quick and efficient however.
We have moved surveys and compliance workflows (employee signature and acknowledgement) into Paylocity which has been convenient and easy. Being able to house more functions on one platform like Paylocity is a relief.
Paylocity is better organized and way more robust.
