Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is a great HRIS system with multiple modules that you can customize to fit your company's needs. One of the best modules is the electronic onboarding system, which takes care of your I9 needs and verifies to keep you in compliance.
  • Customer service support.
  • Stays compliant with new laws.
  • Easy to understand system.
  • Report availability.
  • Provide a glossary of what reports will do what.
  • Expand on the compensation tool to detail the product to your customer's markets.
  • Provides a local HRIS system...huge improvement for our company.
  • The compliance piece of I9s and Verify.
The import from the HRIS system to T&L has saved both time and possible human error.
Currently, we have not truly explored these features, but with the self-portal and mobility, the feature has, I can see people beginning to use these add-ons.
I prefer Paylocity over these products and enjoyed working with the conversion team.

The product is good for both T&L and a functional HRIS system. It helped consolidate all the papers that HR collects into one system.
