Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for onboarding, I-9 verification, and legal document management. It makes the whole process much easier and is an invaluable tool to avoid any legal compliance breach. Also, the organization uses Paylocity for Payroll and talent acquisition, which makes the processes more efficient, and in the case of TA, it helps with employee engagement immensely.

We have significantly decreased response time and increased productivity. There has been an increase in security and compliance and, in the case of payroll, a reduction in errors. We have improved the recruitment and onboarding processes and made offboarding simpler. There is consistency across business units. Overall, we Save time, and this results in reducing the cost and fuss of legal compliance.
It has increased employee engagement. This tool has helped employees and management share notes and recognition with and from each other. This has helped the organization receive higher customer approval ratings and reduce customer service cancelations. It has also increased customer retention, resulting in higher revenue.
Friendlier user interphase. It is easier to automate manual, time-consuming tasks and customize workflows to streamline all the areas of the organization. It keeps employees connected Effortlessly, with communication and collaboration tools they actually enjoy using. Paylocity supports every step of the way with a team of knowledgeable staff, ongoing training, and self-guided training and learning.

The communication feature, where employees and management can send notes and recognition to and from each other, is awesome. Performance reviews can also be streamlined. Management can also share insights and analytics that come in handy to make wise decisions throughout the organization. Impressions in Self-Service can be used by our staff for annual awards and as a way to say good things about colleagues.
