Paylocity is the BEST!!!

Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our HRIS and for payroll purposes. We use time and Labor and HR & Payroll to keep employee files and confidential documents. Lately we have been using workflows to allow for policies to be signed and store in the HRIS. We are also using the learning dashboard to make sure that our employees have all the necessary training and for us to stay in compliance.

They've made automation simple. Everything can find with the simple push of button. The payroll process flows like water. Start a batch, upload, reports and then submit. We also cross reference payroll with time and labor and then submit. The process is super fast and very streamlined. Workflows is also somewhat streamlined however not as much on the cell phones.
Easier to communicate with employees and give shout outs. For any events that we have here at the facility, its easy to create an announcement and send it out to all employees or just certain employees. In the event of an emergency, we can send out an urgent message to all employees ate the same time. It also helps me to create messages to be sent out at a later date.
Paylocity just works better and was a better fit. Paylocity is more streamlined and although the reporting needs work, it also has better reporting. Paycor was very limited and very tedious. You have to click nineteen different sections to get to where you need to be. With Paylocity, 4 or less clicks and you're there!

I've been a Paylocity user for the last 6 years therefore I am proficient at Paylocity. Paylocity has helped me recently get 3 policies per person (261 * 3) signed off on by using the workflows dashboard. I think they can improve how the workflows are set up on their homepage when they log into the app. So whereas its helped get the employees to sign on their own time, it also would make it easier if it was easier to find on the mobile app.
