Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our main Human Resource Information system. We use it from Recruiting, to Onboarding, to Time & Labor, to Performance, and are currently implementing benefits. It is so easy to have everything in one spot and to be able to navigation seamlessly through different aspects of an employee.

  • Every aspect seems to be an additional cost.

  • Data-drive decision making
They work great to the advantage of the HR department.
They give the employee a voice!
Paylocity incorporates everything in one spot instead of having to import information between systems. The systems would only communicate one direction and with Paylocity you can seamlessly go back and forth.
